I spoke with Professor Stephen Berk and he said it was fine for you to videotape his presentation and air it on CTSB.
At 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9, Stephen M. Berk, professor of history at Union College in Schenectady, New York, will deliver the Jewish Federation of the Berkshires' annual Middle East Update: 'Obama, Netanyahu, and the Search for Peace.'
The program will be held at the Berkshire South Regional Community Center at 15 Crissey Road in Great Barrington.
Berk, the former Chair of Union's Department of History,is the school's Director of the Program in Russian and Eastern European Studies as well as the Faculty Advisor to the Jewish Student Organization.
Berk is also the author of many articles on Russian history, Russian Jewish history, anti-Semitism and American policy in the Middle East, and he is frequently consulted by newspapers, radio and television - both nationally and internationally.
